Roselake Ventures is an angel fund investing in early-stage tech companies across Africa & Asia. We co-invest in promising startups raising pre-seed and seed rounds. We are sector agnostic but are keenly interested in fintech, web3, logistics and health.
Our first checks range from $10k–$150k and are usually a SAFE with less than $5M post-money valuation. We invest in companies that have an MVP of their product with founders working full-time on the business.

After you submit, you will receive an automated copy of your submission via email. We will review your application and respond within two weeks with feedback if it’s not a good fit for Roselake or an invite to schedule a time to speak.
We will speak with you via Zoom for about an hour about your startup and team.
After we speak with you, we will move quickly to provide a decision. Expect a response from us within 1-2 weeks after the call. If we decide to invest, we will work to have cash in your bank account within xx days of an official offer.
